Drum Heater

BAND HEATER (Old Technology)
Million’s of barrels & drums are heated each year by using band heaters & other heating devices. Until recently, the only way to heat material was by utilizing immersion & band heaters. Some companies would even build large climate controlled rooms where they would store their drums & barrels. Those who could afford it would purchase large heat or drum ovens where forklifts could load several 55 gallon drums at a time. Only recently have these companies discovered a new product that EVENLY & CONSISTANTLY heats their drums and barrels without having to incur large expenses and or aquire bulky contraptions.
It’s called Powerblanket, and it’s manufactured using a patented heat spreading technology referred to as GREENHEAT TECHNOLOGY.

- Powerblanket (New Technology)
Powerblanket is a multi-layer heating device which consists of several layers to achieve it’s revolutionary results. First, Powerblanket starts with an inner carbon fiber material that spreads heat evenly over a large area. No more HOT or COLD spots… just an even, consistant heat. Next they use industrial grade insulation to keep the heat in and the cold out. Their heating design is patented and kind of a “secret sauce” so we won’t talk too much about that here in this article. The entire blanket is wrapped in a UL rated winter/waterproof grade vinyl that really does a super job of keeping moisture away from the heating element inside the blanket.
Powerblanket runs off a standard 120V 20amp wall outlet and allows for multiple blankets to be plugged into the same ciruit.
Extensive testing shows that Powerblanket is many more times effective at heating and warming drums and barrels compared to using band heaters and bulky warming ovens. Even when the eletricity is cut, Powerblanket heat loss is minimal compared tot he leading band heater. Only pennies a day to operate… Powerblanket
DRUM HEATERS.
Multiple sizes to choose from: 5, 15, 30, 55, 275, 330, and custom. Powerblanket works on all forms of metal and plastic drums, buckets, and ibc totes. Call 877-927-6432 for details.
